Out of the blue

I have a new book in the works! Co-authored with Erika Techera, Professor of Environmental Law at the University of Western Australia, the working title is The Unruly Ocean: Law and Justice in the World’s Oceans, Seas and Shorelines, Routledge (forthcoming 2025). It has been an enormous privilege and pleasure to work with Erika, and I have learned a great deal from her expertise in ocean law. Now begins the long journey to publication.
