On Saturday I enjoyed talking about the Southern Ocean and its history with a lovely audience gathered at the Maritime Museum at Huskisson in beautiful Jervis Bay. It may be a long way from the Southern Ocean, but that didn’t stop a lively and interesting discussion about that little-known Ocean at the southernmost end of the world! Thanks to Emma-Lee Crane for all her work in making it an excellent evening. This is definitely a Museum to watch, with its great collections and exhibitions.
